Yesterday we had the pleasure to meet one of your excellent service technicians, his name is Narance. Narance worked on my mother's air conditioning system for many hours until he was able to get it working correctly. During this time he was very patient and professional. Narance was faced with a complex problem caused in part (I think) by some incorrect wiring. Narance took the time to completely go through the fan and relay wiring, tracing each and every wire to its correct location. This process took quite a while and because I did not understand the complexity of the situation I became a little grumpy and impatient. Narance however was very calm and capable in this the situation and found the problem relatively quickly. He got the wiring fixed and the fan turning in the right direction and cold air blowing once again. Your company should be proud to employ such high caliber and competent individuals. S. The evap cooler on our rental property in Tempe went out while we were out of town. The office let us coordinate all the repairs and payment over email.
