Pre-Season Tune-Up
HVAC systems are usually installed where they aren't seen, such as in a section of the basement, a rooftop, or a corner in the backyard making them easy to ignore. The systems are forgotten until they fail. Not having regular maintenance checks can result in decreased efficiency, utility overpayment, premature replacement, and higher repair costs. The ACCA recommends maintenance checks be performed twice a year before the start of each season. View our Air Conditioning Repair & Tune-Up Discounts!

Kool Energy Service Agreement
Smart consumers have always known that planning for college tuition or medical expenses makes sense because it takes the crisis out of the crisis. At Kool Energy Air Conditioning and Heating, we have made it simple to eliminate the crisis repair bill or put in a new high efficiency system . . .
with the Kool Energy Service Agreement
What is a Kool Energy Service Agreement?
The Kool Energy Service Agreement (SA) is regularly scheduled maintenance on your home's cooling and heating system. Just like changing the oil and filter in your car, your home's comfort system needs regular maintenance to continue to operate at peak efficiency and to help prevent system failures in the middle of a sizzling Phoenix summer or cold winter. The purpose of the agreement is to promote reliability, safety, and efficiency by inspecting all the system points that systematically have wear and tear due to age and operation.
We will come twice a year prior to summer and winter to inspect your home's system, including air conditioner, heat pump, furnace, coil, drains, and thermostat to ensure they are operating properly and ready for the coming season.
